What data we collect
When you book on the website we store only: your name, phone number, a note (if you enter one), the services, the appointment date and time, and when you booked. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not take payment and we do not store payment details on the website. After booking you receive a private link to view or cancel your booking; only someone with this link can cancel that booking.
How we use it
The data is used only to hold your spot, to contact you to confirm or change your booking, and to run the shop's schedule. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.
Who can see it
Only selaH staff who sign in to the management page can see the list of bookings. If the shop turns on instant Telegram notifications, a summary of each new booking (name, phone number, services, appointment time) is sent to the shop's internal group. The information may also be provided to competent state authorities when the law requires it.
Where it is stored and for how long
The data is kept on a private server rented by the shop and accessed over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Backups are kept for at most 30 days. Booking records are kept so the shop can look up its history for returning guests; you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent. You can also cancel a booking yourself with the cancel link on the confirmation page. To make a request, call or message +84 919 509 699 or email selah.barberhanoi@gmail.com; we handle it within 72 hours.
Cookies
The public pages of selaH do not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you press the EN / VI button, a small cookie remembers the language you chose so the site opens in it next time. A session cookie is used only for the staff management page.
